The FY2027 monthly service charge increased to $48.88 effective July 1, 2026. This crossover bill uses a prorated $47.30 service charge because the 31-day billing period crossed the effective date. A water event caused a few thousand extra gallons of usage at the back house. The estimated county read makes the split appear as 10,500 gallons for the back house and 500 for the front, and the back house will cover the extra usage.
